My Family & I use Steve for all of our mortgage needs and I have recommended him happily to numerous friends. I find that Steve takes the time to explain all the details of the mortgage and doesn't just focus on the numbers and the rate. He has been a vital adviser during our house flips and has always been diligent about getting us the correct information in a timely manner. I just wish I had found him sooner.

Steve helped us get a great mortgage. He explained all of the different mortgage types so we were able to make an informed decision ourselves. As first time buyers, this was a big help as there is so much to do in buying a first home as it is. Since then, my bank and a couple other institutions have asked why we didn't go with them. When I told them the rate we got through Steve they all told us they wouldn't have been able to beat it anyway. We will certainly give Steve a call when we need to renew!

I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Steve. We didn't know him prior to this interaction. He is a consummate professional. We needed financing under strange circumstances while moving from the USA to Canada and in-between jobs. Steve was able to make it happen even with all the headaches and it worked out perfectly. Excellent! I never write reviews, but he deserves it. I have either started or renewed 6 previous mortgages before with my banker of over 10 years. I have just done two mortgages with Steve and wished I had met him earlier. He is approachable, professional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, accurate, and hard working. He was able to answer questions quickly and with detail better than any banker I dealt with before. He seems to be available 24/7 days a week..even on his holiday in Mexico! He helped me navigate efficiently and seamlessly through 3 different property transactions within 6 weeks. He made it easy.
